How to get to Coble Cottage, 8 Rustic Terrace, Newbiggin by the Sea        

From the North

Take A1 south, leave at junction for MORPETH (A192)

go through town centre following A192

left at Market Square,  right at mini roundabout, over the river, uphill

bear left at next roundabout (A192) for ASHINGTON

Left again at next roundabout (A196) for ASHINGTON

Stay on A196 through GUIDE POST for ASHINGTON

Go downhill, over river, over level crossing then

second exit at roundabout onto B1334 for NEWBIGGIN

go straight on through three small roundabouts and a set of traffic lights before you reach
a large roundabout

Second exit B1334 to NEWBIGGIN...

From the South: Take A1 North...  

From the Airport: bear left on A696 towards A1, turn left onto A1 heading North...                                   

...then look for signs on left for A19, Ashington, Cramlington and Tyne Tunnel and leave A1 here

Go round a very steep right hand bend to roundabout.

Straight on onto A19 until you meet another large roundabout.

Take second left onto A189 for ASHINGTON

At next large roundabout take third right B1334 for NEWBIGGIN...

...Continue through NEWBIGGIN VILLAGE (watch the speed camera) on B1334

The road becomes High Street.

Rustic Terrace is actually on the right of High Street opposite the Queen’s Head.

Public Transport from Newcastle:

X31 Newcastle bus station to Newbiggin. (Mon - Sat daytime every 20mins, Mon - Sat evening every 60mins, Sunday every 60mins)
X32 Newcastle bus station to Newbiggin. (Mon - Sat daytime every 60mins.)
X33 Newcastle bus station to Cresswell Arms, Newbiggin. (Fri and Sat hourly)
