Booking Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking, the balance being due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Although we hope all will go smoothly we would advise you to take out holiday insurance including cancellation cover as we are unable to refund you the balance if you cancel within 4 weeks of the commencement of your holiday.
Should any emergency force us to cancel your holiday we will refund the amount you have paid us in full.
Please be aware that Coble Cottage is a no smoking property and that we cannot accommodate pets.
The tariff includes all fuel, bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person).
We will be ready to welcome you any time after 3.30pm on the day of your arrival. To allow us to prepare for our next guests please vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of your departure.
Full weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Three and four night midweek breaks are also available but these cannot span a Saturday.
